With 90 Nautor Swan yachts from 18 countries, the smallest "participant" is without a doubt the Scandinavian Cruiser 20. The other yachts range in size from 37 to 112 feet.

The weather in Xiamen, China was sunny and warm as it seems to be each time we come here to sail. We started out by rowing the Scandinavian Dory 18 in the single rowing and sliding seat set-up, with my wife and son as passengers and acting as my “eyes” looking forward from the stern. The boat is exceptionally stable in rowing mode, and two people can easily change positions by walking past each other rather than one climbing through the legs of the other person.

Dear All, There seems to be a growing consensus that a SC 20 trailer with rollers is better than a trailer with pads. Attached please find a message with several pictures from Philip in Australia. Best regards, Nis

With our sail this Sunday the Scandinavian Cruiser 20 once again proved to be easy to sail, and very quick in 15 knots of wind. My son and I practised all Sunday afternoon and believe we have ourselves reasonably competent in time for this coming weekend’s regattas.

She sails beautifully. She points very high and provides very exciting and rewarding sailing even in lighter winds. I sailed her with my 20 year old son who was so enraptured that he would only give me the tiller every now and then. Normally my son Nikolas is happy to sit in the cockpit and watch the world go by without really getting involved , however he seized the tiller as she was such fun to sail and I had to beg towards the end of the day to have a go.

Finally arrived home with SC 20 AUS 1 yesterday from the Customs inspection and release. It was a long few days , however it is a real delight to have her finally arrive in Australia.
