This 20ft daysailer is inspired by the century-old Skerry Cruisers designs, but she's built using modern techniques and looks like a true joy to take out on the water.
The low, sleek hull is built in E-Glass, the carbon rotating wingmast is semi-unstayed (for improved aerodynamics) and weighs only 22lb, and both mast and boat fit withing a 20ft or 40ft shipping container.
Those alluring, long overhangs combine a wave-piercing bow to ensure she's easily driven, while the carbon keel and rudder can be lifted while sailing for trailing, storage and shoal-draught sailing.
She carries a fully battened main, self-tacking jib and asymmetrical spinnaker, which furls for true ease of use. The cockpit is easily large enough for two plus a child. The SC20 weighs just 750lb. 19,900 euros (17,155 GBP or $24,900) ex VAT.
